Visited the Renfrew Store on Saturday and was served by a young man by the name of Fraser, his knowledge was fantastic his patience outstanding.delighted

I ordered the Francis Upholstered Ottoman Storage Electric Lift Bed from Dreams on 8th Nov 2020. They gave me a date pf 9th Dec 2020 for Delivery of the bed. Meanwhile, they had a blackfriday sale, and there was £160 off on the bed, I called them, and they price matched me for it. It was easy to reach out the customer services.The delivery happened on the designated day in the given timeslot. The delivery experts followed the covid procedure, wore plastic bags on their shoes while entering my apartment, wore masks, and within half an hour assembled the electric bed with ease.The bed is very sturdy (it is not made of slabs, but has wooden sheets on it), has glides under it to move it easily and to clean under the bed. Unlike most ottoman storage beds which have a fabric sheet or loose wooden boards on the floor to hold the weight, this one had thick wooden sheets holding all the weight on it. It is a very strong bed, the upholster qulaity is very good and so is the quality of the headboard. The ottoman storage is very spacious.The best part is the electric lift feature which operates using a remote. Not many brands offer this (only tempur offers the electric lift feature in its bed but its was way too costly for me). I needed this feature as I had issues in lifting and pushing the bed down to access the storage space.Overall, excellent quality, excellent services, very comfortable and sturdy, worth every penny. My only wish is if they could offer more colors in it (they have only grey in fabric and leather in non fabric). Must Buy !

From the showroom, where Beccy was the perfect advisor, to Steve and Dan who were the perfect delivery guys, Dreams offer a range of products and service that I think the competition will find hard to beat. After visiting the Dreams showroom we were planning to go to John Lewis, but then thought - "why bother?" Dreams cannot be beaten - full stop!

Absolutely fantastic service at the Huddersfield store on Leeds Road, went in to help my mum find a single bed for her guest room and ended up getting one myself for my guest room, would highly recommend. Absolutely fantastic knowledge from the sales colleague who helped every step of the way.

Salesperson francis from the paisley dreams branch was an absolute delight and ensured we got the best mattress for myself and my wife great customer service

We felt very welcome on our visits to/purchase from Dreams Solihull Retail Park. Natalie and Chris were amazing, ran us through the products available, cost and finance options, delivery times, and answered all our queries to our satisfaction. We ultimately made our mind up on the purchase(s) over two visits and found all Dreams staff, especially Natalie & Chris to very, very friendly and helpful on both occasions. Keep up the great work.

Spent £299 on 3 tempur pillows with covers. Felt flat and uncomfy within 11 months. 3 year guarantee. Dreams were extremely unhelpful and mad returning the items very difficult. Got refund after lots of hassle.


Bought a Hastings bed from Dreams online & it was duly delivered on time, delivery guy said 30mins you will have that built, 2 hours later its still not built, side rails have stickers on them for right way up, only problem is slats don't fit if I put side rails as guided, 2nd problem is the solid slats are so far out they barely reach both sides of the side rails, phoned up for replacement slats hopefully they fit



I have ordered an air bed, wanted 11 working days, did not receive anything. I then emailed dreams to find out about my order they then said royal mail might have not delivered it so you will have to wait another 7-10 working days to receive your item. They then emailed me asking to leave a review as I wasn't happy with the service and still haven't got my item, I left them a bad review, which they won't publish on their website so......

My items that I ordered apparently got lost in the post. Third week still no refund despite 3 phone calls. They say refunds can take a further 14 days. Very poor returns or cancellation policy.

Good guys ,very polite they do their best under recent circumstances .
